Orion (“Orion”, “we”, “us”) operates the Orion browser
extension and related services at orionleads.co. This Privacy Policy explains what information we
collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
Orion is a B2B prospecting tool that helps sales and recruiting professionals find, verify, and
organize business contact information (work email addresses and phone numbers) for the people and
companies they view on LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
2. Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your
name, email address, and profile picture to create and manage your account.
- Google user data. If you grant access to Google Contacts, we use it solely to help
you identify and manage contacts within Orion. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
- Usage information. We collect anonymized product-usage events (for example, which
features are used) to improve the product.
- Prospecting activity. The profiles and companies you look up and the contacts you
save are stored in your account so the product works and your lists persist.
- Local data. The extension stores your login session and preferences locally in your
browser.
3. How we use information
- To provide and operate the extension and its features.
- To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
- To look up and verify the business contact information you request.
- To improve, secure, and support the product.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that host our infrastructure and provide product analytics (for
example, our cloud hosting and Mixpanel), under agreements that limit their use of the data.
- Legal requirements, where disclosure is required by applicable law.

of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

We retain account and activity data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of

- You can revoke Google or Microsoft access at any time from your account settings, or from your
Google account
permissions.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
9. Children
Orion is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated
effective date.
